CIEL Textile celebrated its global talent and teamwork at the 2025 Chairman’s Front-End Excellence Awards (CFEA), held on 11 October at the InterContinental Hotel in Mauritius.
The event was a powerful celebration of innovation, collaboration, and performance across the Group’s operations in Mauritius, Madagascar, India, and Bangladesh. The ceremony gathered more than 250 team members and guests from across 8+ countries to celebrate excellence, innovation, and transformation within the Group’s global apparel operations.
Held in the presence of The Honorable Sayed Muhammad Aadil Ameer Meea, Minister of Industry, SME and Cooperatives, the event underscored the importance of innovation and performance in the textile and apparel sector.
Driving change and excellence
The CFEA 2025 reflects CIEL Textile’s commitment to driving impactful change across its operations in Fine Knits, Knitwear, and Woven, and honoring the individuals and teams who are leading this transformation.
The Group leadership reaffirmed the strategic focus on excellence, agility, and collaboration across its global operations.

That mindset is what keeps us strong and relevant today,” stated Guillaume Dalais, CEO of CIEL Group and Chairman of CIEL Textile, in his opening address.

The ceremony honored outstanding teams and individuals across 14 award categories, from sampling, planning, and procurement to innovation, sustainability, and marketing, and recognized those who have redefined front-end excellence across regions.
